This is Kami’s recipe for a healthy, delicious holiday punch. It’s easy to make too. It uses herbs that are heart-healthy, deter colds and inflammation and promote digestion. Kami also provides a source for all of the herbs, in the event that you don’t have the ingredients at home.
One thing I like about this recipe is that you infuse water with the herbs overnight. There’s no heating or cooking required. The punch is a bright, natural red and includes a variety of different fruit garnishes. Very nice recipe.
