A part of the summer for us is Sun Tea. It’s easy to make and tastes like sunshine. There are so many combinations you can try. Some of my favorites are spearmint & chamomile, basil & cucumber, and lavender & lemon.
This post explains the amazingly easy process for making Sun Tea. It includes 8 different, refreshing herb combinations to try. This weekend I’m going to make Spearmint, Basil, and Lemon Balm Sun Tea.
Just a personal note: I make sun tea on really sunny days where the water in the sun tea container can heat up sufficiently. This is really a heated infusion where the sun creates the heat and not your stove 🙂
