Sue always comes up with the most creative and yummy recipes. I think this one is perfect for Spring and Summer. It’s a recipe for hibiscus lemon bars. It combines lemony goodness with a tart berry flavor. You can use dried hibiscus or hibiscus tea. Sue opted for a cold brew of hibiscus tea. (The pink comes from the hibiscus). The recipe is a variation on one of Ina Garten’s recipes. Sue includes the recipe for the buttery crust. Both the crust and filling are easy to make. You’ll find some great prep ad baking tips at the end of the post. Sue also includes some great photos as well.
