Do you have a lot of blueberries from the garden or store and want to try something different? Nancy of On the Home Front created this recipe for Homemade Blueberry Vinegar.
The recipe uses blueberries, crushed basil leaves and two other ingredients. After making the vinegar, you age it in a cool, dark place for 4 weeks. After that you can follow her canning directions. Nancy also includes a recipe for Blueberry Basil Salad dressing that looks delicious.
