My favorite thing to drink when I have a cold or just in the winter is ginger tea with a bit of honey. It opens up my sinuses, soothes my throat, and just feels good going down. I crave the stuff, can’t get enough of it. I’ll have to try this. I usually make a lemon and honey with some coconut oil for the boys when they are sick, but this might be good. Add some ginger :) Thanks for sharing.

    • Hi Susan. I love ginger tea and honey too! I have seasonal allergies and have found ginger tea and honey really helps me with that too. Plus I love the taste :) Thanks for commenting!
