Homemade Ginger Tea ~ Fights Colds, Flu, Coughs & More

Homemade Ginger Tea ~ Fights Colds, Flu, Coughs & More

Source: alapinlife.blogspot.com

This is a recipe for homemade ginger tea by Dee of A Lapin Life.  She uses this tea as a home remedy for fighting the flu, colds, coughs and sore throats.

Ginger really is an amazing herb.  It’s good for stomach ailments, respiratory problems, allergies and more.

The recipe is very simple and uses sliced ginger root, sugar or honey, and other optional ingredients.  You can drink it hot or cold.  Dee also stresses that it’s a great drink even if you’re not sick.  She suggests a couple of ingredients to make it an even better “anytime” drink.

Great recipe and wonderful photographs! Click the Homemade Ginger Tea ~ Fights Colds, Flu, Coughs & More link below for the complete recipe.
