The recipe is very simple and uses sliced ginger root, sugar or honey, and other optional ingredients.  You can drink it hot or cold.  Dee also stresses that it’s a great drink even if you’re not sick.  She suggests a couple of ingredients to make it an even better “anytime” drink.
