This is a great remedy for tired, sore feet by Marie of Humblebee & Me. It’s a clay and peppermint mask or paste that you rub all over your feet. After it dries, you brush the mixture off. Then you can moisturize with Shea butter or the cream of your choice and put some soft socks on.
The mask softens your feet and leaves them cool and tingly. I could really see using this mask after working out or going for a walk or run. Nice recipe!
