I thought this was a very creative post! Nadia of Love Live and Garden makes 4 different types of floral and herb sugars. You can use these sugars in tea, baked goods, or almost anywhere you’d use regular sugar. Nadia’s floral and herb sugars include:
- Lavender Chamomile Sugar
- Rose Saffron Sugar
- Rose Sugar
- Mint Sugar
She explains how to make these sugars using the Fresh Flower Method, the Dried Flower Method and the Plastic Bag Method. All 3 methods are extremely easy. The Dried Flower method is best if you plan to give this sugar in a pretty container as a gift. I think this is so simple and so neat! Be sure to use naturally grown, unsprayed flowers.
