When you make herb-infused oil, the health benefits of the dried herbs transfer to the oil. Marie shares two different ways to make herb-infused oil. The first is a simple and traditional method that requires the herbs to steep in the oil for at least 3 weeks. The second method involves careful, slow-heating of the herbs and oils which allows you to use the herb-infused oil right away. Marie recommends using dried herbs for infusions.
