Militza shares a simple, morning detox routine that will help your body to detoxify and glow. Her view is that we need to change our focus when we think of natural beauty. Instead of looking at external products to help achieve natural beauty, it’s better to look at healthy drinks and foods that can help us to achieve good health. If we have a healthy body, it can really help resolve skin issues.


This morning detox drink hydrates your skin. It also flushes toxins out of your body, which aids overall health. It also gives you vitamin C which helps skin by improving collagen production. Finally, it aids digestion and increases your metabolism.

The idea is to start your day with this easy-to-make drink (just 2 ingredients!) for 21 days. One of the ingredients is water and I’d suggest using filtered water if you can. I have been starting my day with this drink for 9 months now.  Not only did it improve my skin, it helped to reduce my appetite. As a result I lost 19 lbs. and really feel much healthier. Please note that this detox drink was just one part of my revised eating plan (Never call it a diet lol!)
