This is Jackie’s surprisingly easy recipe for beer-pickled jalapenos. These pickled peppers would taste great on tacos, and with burgers, hot dogs, meatloaf or steak. They’d work on almost any sandwich really. You could also chop them up and add them to potato salad. The possibilities are endless.


She explains how to prepare the brine and how long the jalapenos need to “pickle.” Pale ales work best for this type of pickling. This recipe uses sugar which I think adds a great taste variation. You could also experiment with additional spices like coriander and peppercorns. It’s a GREAT recipe.
