Refrigerator pickles are easy to make and don’t require specialized canning equipment. You don’t even need canning jars. You can use any clean jars with a lid. The nice thing is you can eat the pickles within 24 hour of making them, although if you keep them sealed in the refrigerator for a few days to a week they taste even better.
