As a gardener, I love to see other peoples’ gardens. What are they growing? How is their garden laid out? It doesn’t matter what time of the year it is – I love to read about gardens.
So I was happy to see this post by Debra of DIY Natural. She teaches herbal sciences classes at her local community college. I was really interested in the herbs she was growing.
She lists her mint plants (14 varieties!), culinary herbs, tomatoes/potatoes, and a tropical section with Ginger and some other neat plants.
Debra also includes a yummy recipe for fish (I would use tilapia) with banana leaves and herbs. Click on the Things I’m Growing in My Garden This Year link below to read the complete article.
