This recipe is from Osha of MindBodyGreen. It’s a fruity, refreshing smoothie. It’s also loaded with ingredients that have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. In addition to cranberries, and other fruits, herbs and spices, this recipe uses Chia seeds which are one of my favorite superfoods.
