This is a Berry Blast Cooler (Electrolyte Drink) that is really good. It’s a natural way to rehydrate, replenish electrolytes, and regain energy after working out, hiking, gardening etc. Sports drinks contain artificial ingredients and a ton of sugar. This is a healthier alternative.
Pam of Thankful Expressions developed the recipe. It includes a number of berries, honey and other ingredients. Very easy to make and very healthy. The actual recipe is toward the bottom of the post. You can still make this Berry Blast in colder weather with store-bought berries.
