TheHerbGardener shares a great recipe from the 1930’s or 1940’s for Dandelion Jelly. The color of the jelly is rich yellow like the flower and tastes like honey. You can use food coloring to change the color, but I think yellow is perfect.
Dandelion Jelly is a great starter project if you’ve never made jelly before. TheHerbGardener’s direction are very clear. It’s also a unique jelly that you won’t find at your local grocery store.
