This is so neat. Dawn (Small Footprint Family) shares two different ways to make pickles: fermented and speed pickles. The fermented version takes 3 to 7 days to become pickled. The speed pickles use an additional ingredient which allows you to make and eat your pickles after an hour or so! She also includes a variety of recipes:
- Small Footprint Sour Pickles
- Garlic Pickled Mustard Greens
- Herbal Heirloom Tomato Pickles
- Rosemary and Sage Zucchini Pickles
