Years ago when I worked in an office downtown, I noticed that whenever there was a full moon many of my co-workers acted differently. Some were definitely more cranky, while others seemed to lack energy. That was when I developed my Full Moon theory. If the moon affects the tides, then it made sense to me that the moon could affect people too, since our bodies contain 60%+ of water and fluids.

In addition to eating a healthy diet that includes nutrient-dense foods and nourishing herbs, Andrea suggests drinking a healthy green juice. She developed a green juice recipe especially for women, and suggests drinking this juice on the New Moon and/or the Full Moon.
