I remember going on a 10-mile cycling workout with a friend one spring and going back to his house to get something to drink. He made some green smoothies. I like smoothies but had never made a green smoothie. I was surprised at how good it tasted and also how it seemed to re-energize me.

Kefir is a low-fat cultured dairy food rich in calcium and protein. It contains healthy bacteria that promotes healthy skin, weight loss, strengthened immune system and better digestion & elimination.
