Oatmeal packets offer a lot of variety and combinations of ingredients. In addition to hot oatmeal, she explains how to make no-cook refrigerator oatmeal. The refrigerator oatmeal uses instant oatmeal mix, cold water, yogurt and fruit. You mix all of the ingredients in a smaller mason jar type of container. After chilling overnight you have a great breakfast waiting for you. These are really good in warmer weather.
