Heat Feet Spice Scrub

This is a really interesting home remedy by Kami of LivingAwareness.com. It’s a recipe for a warming foot scrub that heats up your entire body. By using this scrub when you”re feeling run down, you may be able to fight off a cold. It can also help with headaches and muscle aches.  I think this would also help to warm up after you’ve been out in the cold weather too.

The neat thing is that it uses spices like cinnamon and cardamom that you probably have in your kitchen cabinet right now.
