Thank you for visiting Herbs and Oils Hub!!
There are a number of infused cloth facial masks that are on the market now. They provide a rejuvenating facial treatment in your home. However, there are some problems. They are single use, use a variety of different chemicals, and they are expensive.
Shannon of Fresh-picked Beauty decided to make her own all-natural infused cloth facial mask. She got a free sample of one of the facial masks in a store at the mall. She used it as a template to create her own organic cotton face mask. She then combined a variety of herbal tinctures, oil, Manuka honey and other ingredients into an anti-blemish mixture. After soaking the cotton face mask in the mixture, she put the mask on her face for 30 minutes. The cotton face mask can be washed and reused.
You can either make the herbal tinctures, or buy them. Shannon offers a variety of sources for the tinctures. I think it would be easy to make a template using tissue paper or a light piece of cloth. Nice recipe and project with excellent photographs!
