Chai tea is one of my favorite drinks, especially in the winter. It’s a spiced milk tea that warms you right up. This is Vanessa’s recipe for homemade chai concentrate. You just add some of the concentrate to the heated milk of your choice and you have the perfect winter drink.
Vanessa uses a variety of spices including cardamom, cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground pepper, ginger and more. Throw in some black tea, honey and other ingredients and you’ll have a chai concentrate that is both healthy and better than anything you can buy commercially. Excellent recipe!
