I found this wonderful recipe at the LiveDan330.com website. This is a hearty soup that uses potatoes and leeks from your garden (or store). The crisp bacon is the perfect complement to the vegetables. The cream soup also has cooked, sliced potatoes with peels that you add at the end. It’s a terrific combination of chewy potatoes, leeks and bacon with a creamy potato soup.
