So Betsy decided to make her own energy bars. The recipe uses honey, nut butter, cranberries, soy-free mini chocolate chips, rolled oats (prepared in a particular way), cranberries, and other healthy ingredients. The recipe itself is surprisingly easy to make and you end up with what her 6 year old nephew calls “Excited Bars” 🙂 Betsy also includes sources for the ingredients, which really helps.
