When Marie of Humblebee & Me had a headache, a co-worker gave her a commercial headache pen. It was a marker that included a blend of essential oils. The idea is to rub the pen and essential oils over your temple (or wherever you’re feeling pain). It worked!
So Marie decided to create a homemade version of the product. Her headache eraser is a roller ball bottle filled with a blend of essential oils that are known to help with headaches. There’s peppermint oil of course, along with 7 other different essential oils. When you get a headache, you just roll on a little of the essential oils in the area that hurts. Maria says it also works on her other sore joints and body aches.
