This recipe is an adaptation of a recipe by Rosemary Gladstar and another recipe by Mountain Rose Herbs. The process is simple. Prepare the roots, herbs, and fruits and place them in a jar. Cover with organic apple cider vinegar. Store in a cool, dark place and shake daily. The apple cider vinegar becomes infused by all of the ingredients. Heather explains how long to infuse the vinegar and how to strain the cider and add the final, healthy ingredient.
