I selected this recipe for homemade ginger ale because it takes different approach than the Best Homemade Ginger Ale recipe by Averie that I posted a while ago.
One of the differences is the method of carbonation. Averie uses active dry yeast. Dan330 uses sparkling water. Dan330 also uses another unexpected ingredient that adds some additional spice to the ginger ale. Very nice recipe.
