It’s a recipe for chewable vitamins that use healthy, sugar-free juice, your choice of vitamin C, probiotics or magnesium, and some other ingredients. This is one of those super simple recipes that takes minutes to make. Once mixed and poured into a mold, all you have to do is put them in the freezer until they harden (10 minutes). Katie also shares some of the juice combinations that she’s used.
The nice thing is that your kids will eat this and enjoy it like candy. Please note Katie’s caution about how many of these to give to children. Also, these are great for adults too!
