Over the holidays we get together with family and friends. We also eat large amounts of home-cooked food and sometimes we drink too many holiday drinks. This is a combination that often leads to indigestion. This is a hot mint tea recipe that we use for indigestion. It’s for adults only.
- 1 peppermint tea bag
- 1 to 2 teaspoons creme de menthe liqueur
- 1 cup boiling water
Pour the boiling water over the tea bag and steep for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the liqueur. Sip and enjoy.
