Thank you for visiting Herbs and Oils Hub!!
This conditioning hair rinse by Jerica of Sustain, Create and Flow uses Apple Cider Vinegar. Apple Cider Vinegar removes buildup on the hair and makes it softer and shiny.
She also recommends adding different herbs based on your hair color. She used hibiscus because she’s hoping to get some red highlights in her brown hair. She shares different herbs to use based on your current hair color.
Jerica also includes rosemary, which among other things, stimulates hair growth. There are other ingredients including essential oils.
The recipe itself is simple. Jerica provides great directions. The process is straight forward. You create an herbal infusion, steep, strain the herbs out and cool the liquid. Then you add all of the other ingredients, stir to mix, and pour into a nice spray bottle.
