Do you have muscle aches and pains? Then this recipe for hot Tiger Balm could help you. The original Tiger Balm was developed in Rangoon, Burma in the 1870’s. The commercial product is sold all over to this day. Tiger Balm is used to ease the pain of muscle ache, neck and joint pain, arthritis, headaches and respiratory problems. Fatima has developed a homemade version of Tiger Balm using a base of beeswax and either almond, coconut or olive oil.
