I like really simple recipes that use ingredients that are already in my kitchen.  Heidi of Lightly Crunchy has a good one.

This is a vinegar and oil blend that cleans wood and conditions it at the same time.  The oil is nicely absorbed by wood. One exception: this blend won’t work as well with wood that has a hard, glossy finish.  Great recipe!
