The inspiration for this body wash was Dove Shea Vanilla Body Wash. Marie uses her Basic Liquid Soap Paste as a base (link to recipe included). Of course, there’s shea butter, two types of vanilla and other ingredients.

If you factor in the time to make the basic liquid soap paste, this recipe takes a bit more time to make than some of Marie’s recipes. But a good part of that time is waiting for the soap paste to soften, which is a gradual process. In the meantime, you can be doing other things.  In the end, you have an all-natural shea butter and vanilla body wash!
