Turmeric milk or tea has been used in India as a healing drink for thousands of years. They call the milk version “Golden Milk.” It has so many beneficial health properties. It’s a powerful anti-inflammatory. It’s used for stomach ailments, arthritis, heals wounds, boosts the immune system, reduces cholesterol and more.
