Amanda first reviews the book, Cold Process Basics & Recipes, by Jan (The Nerdy Farm Wife). Jan is a master soap maker in my opinion, and the book is excellent. She uses natural ingredients like herbs, oils, and essential oils. There are also step-by-step directions on cold process soap making.

Jan also shared a recipe for Honey & Hemp Shampoo Bar soap with Amanda. This soap moisturizes, lathers and is good for both the skin and hair. Nice recipe!
