How To Made Wild Blackberry Cider

This is a post by Ariana of And Here We Are.  I enjoyed reading Ariana’s previous posts about making  Sparkling Rose Petal wine.   I also enjoyed this article about making wild blackberry cider.

She explains how she sort of fell into this project when she accidentally made a starter culture while making a fermented strawberry drink.

She then used the starter culture to make this wild blackberry cider.  If you have some of the basic wine-making equipment like a demijohn, you could replicate this recipe.  It was a really interesting read.
