This is a well-done and thorough article. In this recipe, Katie uses two essential oils that have been shown to be effective in reducing the size and redness of acne. Her remedy is for existing acne.What I really like about her article is that she researched the two oils and found separate clinical trials that show that the oils are effective in different ways in treating acne.

Then in her own test, she found that this remedy reduced both the redness and severity of a blemish in less than 24 hours! After an additional application, the blemish was pretty much gone. Katie includes a before and after photograph.
