This is Pat’s recipe for Master Tonic. It uses fresh, chopped garlic cloves, fresh grated ginger root, fresh, grated horseradish root and other ingredients. (Pat includes the health benefits of each ingredient).
Pat explains the process of combining the ingredients, adding Apple Cider Vinegar and then aging the tonic for 2 weeks. There are also directions on straining out the liquid, and what dosage to take. Pat has some interesting ideas on when to start the recipe and when to strain the mixture.
