How to Make a Self-Watering Container Garden

This is a neat Instructables project that creates a self-watering, portable garden. It uses Tidy Cat litter containers, corrugated drainage pipe and PVC pipe. There are step-by-step directions with photographs. It’s a pretty simple and reusable set-up.
