This is a recipe by Shannon of Fresh-Picked Beauty for a massage and body oil that relaxes and reduce stress. It uses a blend of 5 essential oils:
- Mandarin Essential Oil – good for stress
- Vetiver Essential Oil – good for irritability
- Roman Chamomile Essential Oil – good for stress and tension
- Lavender Essential Oil – good for anxiety, relaxation and stress
- Yang Ylang Essential Oil – good for relaxation, stress and relaxation
Shannon then uses Sweet Almond Oil as the carrier oil. This oil works with all skin types. It softens, soothes and re-conditions the skin.
When you add all of the oils together you get a very soothing and relaxing body oil.
