Shannon shares a story about how she was approached by a member of the American Cancer Society, who wanted some natural goodies that she could put in gift bags for cancer survivors. This was all a part of the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life event. (It’s a wonderful event. Shannon describes it in the article). In the end Shannon made and donated 50 tubes of Hemp and Coconut Lip Balm.
She shares her recipe for 50 tubes of lip balm here. They would be great for fund raisers, baby showers etc. You could also reduce the recipe for smaller quantities. The recipes uses several waxes, cocoa butter and a variety of oils. The process is really easy and Shannon provides clear directions.
