This is a recipe for a basic herbal liniment. There’s a list of 20 popular herbs you can select from. The process is really simple. Aside from the herbs you have a choice of the fluid to use to extract the herbal essence. You can use rubbing alcohol, vodka, witch hazel extract or vinegar. The instructions are simple and easy to follow.
- Kloss Liniment
This is a very old and strong liniment first published by famous herbalist, Dr. Jethro Kloss, in 1939. It’s useful for reducing muscle inflammation, cleansing wounds and treating insect bites. It’s considered one of the finest disinfectant remedies available. It uses echinacea , cayenne and other ingredients.
