After sharing this post about how to make  your own homemade, country wines, I got quite a few emails about Lavender Wine.  So I did some digging.

I found this recipe for homemade lavender wine by  Jack of the Winemaking Home Page.  Although it is not a quick recipe, I wanted to share it.  If you go to the main page of Jack’s site you’ll find a lot of resources and information about making wine at home.  This includes the equipment you’ll need.   The recipe for lavender wine is clear and well-written.
