This is a recipe and tutorial that Katie at Wellness Mama put together.  She lists some of the more popular commercial baby wipes and details the ingredients.  The chemicals and additives are worrisome.

She looked into natural alternatives like wipes made from bamboo, but those wipes are expensive.  So Katie developed her own recipe for natural baby wipes.  Not only are the ingredients natural, but the recipe is cheap.  They cost less than 1 cent each. The wipes are easy to make and you can add essential oils if you’d like.
