I selected this post because cold-brew coffee is a type of coffee I haven’t seen before. Cold-brew coffee is different from traditional iced coffee. It’s a 150 year old method of making coffee with cold water. Cold-brewed coffee is smooth, less bitter, less acidic and contains less caffeine.
Denise shares two different recipes for cold-brew coffee. One uses coarsely ground coffee and the other uses finely ground coffee.
After the coffee is brewed, you can add milk, cream, almond milk. coconut milk, coffee syrups or chocolate. You can also drink it plain over ice.
