Shannon describes these as mini bath fizzies for the face. They’re based on a commercial product that sells for $3 a tab!! The idea is to pour some steaming hot water into a bowl, drop in a tab, place your face close to the top of the bowl and cover your head with a towel. So you get a nice facial steam treatment.
