Bleach pens are really useful for cleaning localized clothing stains but they can be pretty expensive.   Debbie has a simple and inexpensive recipe for a homemade bleach gel pen.

When her old bleach gel pen ran out she decided to create her own.  She uses just 3 ingredients and provides a great tutorial with photographs.  She also includes photographs a of a couple of different stains and performed a test with her homemade bleach pen and a commercial bleach pen.  Hers worked as well as the commercial product.  In fact in one test it looks to me like her bleach pen whitened more effectively.
