Amanda shares her recipe for Soothing Nighttime Tea. She explains how she makes the tea and her method of taking it. It’s a nice blend of herbs including chamomile, holy basil, lemon balm and more.
She also includes a recipe for a Soothing Bedroom Spray. The spray uses a variety of essential oils including chamomile, vanilla and others. Susan explains how to combine the ingredients in the spray. Then you can spray it in your bedroom, on your pillow and on the sheets.
One message I walked away with is that Amanda uses chamomile as one part of her stress reduction strategy. She also does yoga, takes warm baths, reading a good book and so on.
