What I love the most about this milk soak is the wonderful fragrance of coconut and lavender. When I tried this soak I did it a bit differently than Lindsay’s directions. I mixed the coconut milk into a large plastic container. I stirred in the lavender flowers. I put the top on the container and put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
The next day I set the container of coconut milk and lavender flowers on the counter until it reached room temperature. Then I ran a HOT bath. (I love hot baths.) I poured the coconut milk and lavender flowers into the bath and took a nice, long soak. What makes this so relaxing is the heat of the bath and the natural coconut and lavender scents. The coconut milk also makes your skin smooth and soft. It’s a spa treatment in your home!
